I'm trying to imagine, for instance, a leader "elected" in the U.S. whose early childhood was in question. I don't really think she is his mom, but then again, I certainly don't know. At best, it's probably a very interesting prop op from Tblisi, as 99 says. The story just made my head hurt in that special way where I know I have to post it.
