I think you could Have a Republican circle and a Democrat circle. The overlapping portion could be "not caring about running the government so much as beating the crap out of each other on meaningless contrived issues that do no real good for people and ignoring the opportunity to run an effective government and help the people who elected you rather than paying homage to those who financed your campaigns".
