I recently bought a six-pack of CFL's, having tuned into a few blogs recently that are serving to keep me more mindful of energy concerns. The only bummer invovled is the plastic packaging. A couple of years ago, I had an electrician install motion sensor switches for the lights the kids most frequently forget to turn off. The switches themselves are not expensive. When I saw how easy the installation was, I kicked myself for hiring it out. Pretty simple. Jinx!
